NIKON D500

2016年4月に発売されたD500。DXフォーマットのフラッグシップ。2009年8月に発売されたD300Sの後継機種。私はFXフォーマットのD800、D800Eを普段使っているが、何故、今更センサーサイズのカメラを買ったのだろうか。
1. D800で400mmレンズで、DXクロップで600mmレンズ相当の画角にすると、1800万画素になるが、D500なら2000万画素で撮れる。大きなメリットではない。
2. フォーカスポイントのカバーする範囲が広い。
3. RAW撮影で秒10コマ径200コマの連写ができる。
4. 4K動画が撮れる。
5. 高速連写、$K動画のためのXQDカードが安価である。
6. D800と同じバッテリーが使える。
7. これまで使っていた10ピンターミナルのアクセサリーがそのまま使える。
しかし、以下の点は我慢するか、新たな投資が必要となる。
8. 広角側が弱くなる。
9. 4K動画では、画角がさらに2/3くらいに狭くなり、広角での動画を楽しむには超広角レンズが必要となる。

D500 was released in April 2016. Flagship in DX format. Successor model of D300S released in August 2009. I am currently using F8 format D800, D800E, but why did I buy a sensor size camera now?
1. With a 400 mm lens at D800 and an angle of view equivalent to 600 mm lens with DX crop, it will be 18 million pixels, but at D500 it can be taken at 20 million pixels. But it is not a big merit.
2. The range covered by the focus point is wide.
3. Continuous shooting of 200 frames per 10 seconds in RAW is possible.
4. D500 can take 4K movies.
5. XQD card for High-speed continuous shooting and 4K movie is inexpensive.
6. Battery is the same type as D800.
7. D500 can use accessories of 10 pin terminal.
However, there are the following disadvantages.
8. Weakens on the wide angle side.
9. For 4K movies, the angle of view becomes narrower to about 2/3 more, and super wide-angle lens is necessary to enjoy movies at wide angle.
