Nikon D850本体のバッテリーだけでインターバル撮影すると3時間くらいしか撮影できない。そこで、長時間に渡るインターバル撮影のためにカメラ用のモバイルバッテリーを検討した。
非純正品の使用であり、真似をして問題が起きても責任を負いかねる。
ネットでカメラ用モバイルバッテリーを検索するとCASE RELAYがヒットする。
CASE RELAYには4種類のDC変換アダプターが付属する。そのうちのひとつ5.5x2.1mmメスーニコン専用接続は、ニコンのパワーコネクターEP-5Bを接続することができる。
CASE RELAY本体は1200mAh、7.4Vのバッテリーが内蔵されているが、USBコネクターで他のモバイルバッテリーを接続することができる。
CASE RELAYでもその先に付けるモバイルバッテリーを撮影中でもホットスワップできるが、私の場合、カメラ本体にEN-EL15を入れ、マルチパワーバッテリーパック MB-D18にモバイルバッテリーを接続している。
ニッシンのPS 8（3000mAh、7.2V）はバッテリー残量が少なくなるとLEDライトが点滅する。インターバル撮影では4時間程度でLEDライトの点滅が始まった。CASE RELAY本体のバッテリーもあるので、モバイルバッテリーとしてどれだけの時間使えるか今後確認したい。
If you take interval shots with just the battery of the Nikon D850, you can only shoot for about 3 hours. Therefore, we considered a mobile battery for the camera for long-term interval shooting.

The CASE RELAY main unit has a built-in 1200mAh, 7.4V battery, but you can connect other mobile batteries with the USB connector.
Even with CASE RELAY, you can hot swap the mobile battery attached to it while shooting, but in my case, I put the EN-EL15 in the camera body and connected the mobile battery to the multi-power battery pack MB-D18.
Nissin's PS 8 (3000mAh, 7.2V) has an LED light that flashes when the battery is low. In interval shooting, the LED light started blinking in about 4 hours. There is also a battery inside the CASE RELAY body, so I would like to check how long it can be used as a mobile battery in the future.
