UN DELUXE BOUNCE SHOE UNX-7405 [Lighting]
ストロボSC-150をアンブレラにバウンズするとき使っていたアンブレラアダプターに発光部を2つ付けると繰り返し発光してもキセノン管に負荷が少ないと思い、NNX-7405を買ってみた。シューが90度で2つ付いている。

LEDライトで影の少ないライティング Shadow less lighting with LED light [Lighting]
LEDライト（YONGNUO LED Light YN-160）で影が少なくなるライティングを試してみた。
カメラは三脚に固定。YN-160は光量を最小にしさらにティッシュペーパー4枚で減光。

以前は小物を撮る時、ストロボをレフ板にバウンズし照明していたが、影や反射の様子が撮ってからでないとわからなかったが、高輝度のLRDライトの価格が手ごろな価格で販売されるようになったので買った。1280ルーメンあり、光量調節もできる。YN-160にはバーンドアがついていて、本来の使い方以外に、収納時にカバーにもなるので便利である。フィルターは無色、オレンジ色、赤色、青色の4枚が付属している。ACアダプターが使えると勘違いしてACアダプターも買ってしまったが、付属のバッテリーアダプターを改造して使えるようにした。色温度は無色フィルター使用時で4700～4800度くらいではなかろうか。

当時持っていた大光量のストロボはMINICAM SC-150で、GNが65、240Wsぐらいだ。チャージに10秒くらいかかった。フィルムカメラの時はこれで十分であった。しかしデジカメを使うようになるとチャージ時間の短いものが必要となったが、プロ用のストロボはいずれも高価で手がでなかった。
そんな時、偶然MB-400をみつけた。本体と発光部が一体となったもので、400Ws、GNが90くらい、光量は1/64まで無段階で調整でき、チャージ時間は1.8秒と短い。光量を下げればもっと速くなる。冷却ファンが内蔵され、過熱防止の保護機能が付いている。1/16光量で、2秒間隔で200回くらい連続して発光したら過熱防止のため発光できなくなることがあった。

SUNPAK TR-PAKⅡ and AD-27J [Lighting]
SUNPAK TR-PAKⅡは既に生産を終了している。これは新品で2005年頃に購入したと記憶している。単2型電池6本を使用し、SUNPAKのストロボの外部電源として使用するもので、通常フルチャージに10秒以上かかるところ1秒くらいで完了してしまう。一度、調子に乗って連写していたら過熱してストロボを壊してしまった。もう一台は過熱でプラスチックのケースが変形してしまった。秋葉原で交換用のキセノン管を探したが見つからず、この電源が使えるSUNPAKの中古のストロボを買い置きした。

買った当時は、銀塩フィルムの時代で、コダックのTRI-XでISO 400なので、大光量はありがたかった。
時々、チャージできるか、電源を入れて確認するだけになってしまった。
